A LogAdapterHolder instance is used by a FileSystem to hold a reference to the current LogAdapter. All objects that want a reference to the current LogAdapter hold on to this reference.

This holder can also be used as a LogAdapter. It forwards all LogAdapter calls to the LogAdapter that it holds.

Constructor Detail

LogAdapterHolder

public LogAdapterHolder()

Default constructor. Must set a LogAdapter by calling setLogAdapter after creating the object.

LogAdapterHolder

public LogAdapterHolder(LogAdapter la)
                 throws NullPointerException

Create the object and set a LogAdapter.

Parameters:: la - The log adapter
Throws:: NullPointerException - If la is null.

getLogAdapter

public LogAdapter getLogAdapter()

Get the current LogAdapter.

Returns:: The current log adapter.

setLogAdapter

public void setLogAdapter(LogAdapter la)
                   throws NullPointerException

Set a new LogAdapter.

Parameters:: la - The new log adapter.
Throws:: NullPointerException - If la is null.
