This LogAdapter implementation logs all messages to System.out and System.err.

The log adapter levels are mapped to the both output streams like this:

SEVERE -> System.err
ERROR -> System.err
WARNING -> System.err
INFO -> System.out
DEBUG -> System.out
FINER -> System.out
TRACE -> System.out
